For those 'in between days'

Honestly, trying to be healthy doesn't really work (work work work) for me. I feel more for the word balance: 'Some days you eat salads and go to the gym, some days you eat cupcakes (or PIZZA) and refuse to put on pants. It's called BALANCE' And for the days in between we have Anna's 'Healthy but Yummy' -smoothie. Trust me, it doesn't taste bad healthy at all.

The recipe for this smoothie is really simple, what you'll need:

  • Orange juice, enough for + - two glasses (I pressed it myself, so I know it's fresh & all natural)
  • Blueberries, + - two hands of blueberries.
  • Strawberries, same as the blueberries +- two hands.

Throw the strawberries and blueberries together in a blender and add the orange juice after wards. Mix a little, DONE.

I can see myself drinking this in summer, adding crushed ice. Maybe it would be more like a 'vegan ice sorbet' (fancy word) because of the blueberry its jelly structure & the crushed ice. Uhmm, sounds good to me.

I hope you liked this little recipe/smoothie idea. It's really simple, but yummy.
