Amsterdam, Nijmegen & Utrecht

My school decided to give me 1,5 weeks off after the Christmas holidays. Which meant I had some me-time. Everybody else accept for me and my classmates were either having school, or going to work. Me being the lonely wolf, I visited some of the bigger Dutch cities. I made a three day plan, the first as you can see here above, Amsterdam.

Amsterdam, I don't really like it that much. Many tourists, trams, smoking people. The shops are very nice though, I've visited loads of bookstores. Didn't buy anything, except for some Harry Potter clothing. For sure a nice day.

The second week of January, the sun didn't shine enough to warm up the streets. It was a bit rainy, but didn't stop me from going on my city trips.

The second, Nijmegen, a quiet city when I arrived. I spent over an hour eating my lunch at the Waal riverside. I walked around for a few hours and then took the train back home to enjoy a warm shower.

The third and also last day of my city trips, Utrecht. I headed to the city in the middle of the Netherlands to enjoy a calzone as my lunch. Mario's has one of the best calzone and pizza's here in the Netherlands. You can visit Mario's here:
Oudegracht 130-132, 3511 AX Utrecht
