Pink Chocolate Fudge | Recipe pink 💕

PINK CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE | ANNA TWENTY SEVEN

Hello there! My mother and I had the amazing idea to make PINK CHOCOLATE FUDGE. Today is the day that I share this (can I say) PERFECT recipe with you! I hope you enjoy 😉

PINK CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE | ANNA TWENTY SEVEN

Base:
1 can (379 g) condensed milk
340 grams Pink (ruby) chocolate
Few drops of vanilla extract or 10 grams of vanilla sugar

Extras (you can add whatever you like):
Cookies of your choice, in small chunks
Roasted  & salted almonds
Raspberries

Add all the ingredients of the base together in a small pan. Bring the heat up (middle heat) and make sure to keep stirring so that the bottom of the pan doesn't burn the milk! After 5/8 minutes the structure of the milk should change to a fudge like structure (sticky and thick). Take the pan off the heat and add the extras. Mix the extras and the base together and put the fudge in a container (with baking foil in it), so that you can put it in the refrigerator (for at least 2 hours). When you take the fudge out of the container (with the baking foil), cut the fudge in 2,5cm x 2,5cm pieces. ENJOY!
